  The story of  Jeff the Killer  follows the transformation of a 13-year-old boy named  Jeffrey Woods  into a notorious serial killer.   The Transformation The Conflict:  After moving to a new neighborhood, Jeff and his brother  Liu  are attacked by three bullies: Randy, Keith, and Troy. Jeff defends his brother by brutally beating them. The Sacrifice:  When the police arrive, Liu takes the blame to protect Jeff and is sent to juvenile detention. The Incident:  Later, at a neighbor’s birthday party, the bullies attack Jeff again. During the fight, Jeff is doused in  bleach and vodka  (or alcohol) and set on fire by a lighter.   The Descent into Madness The Hospital:  Jeff survives but wakes up in the hospital with ghastly, leathery white skin and black hair.
